Mustang® Biogas Sample Conditioning System

The Mustang® Biogas Sample Conditioning System is designed to maintain a representative sample of low pressure feed gas, during biogas production, for sample analysis utilizing a Mustang® Sample Conditioning System.

The Mustang Biogas Sample Conditioning System transports the biogas sample at a temperature well above the expected hydrocarbon dew point, which is maintained throughout the pressure reduction process, delivering a representative sample to the analyzers.

Features

  • Patented technology delivers a heated sample to the analytical device utilizing existing power supplied by electric heat trace tube bundle
  • Rated for Class 1, Division 2, Group D locations
  • Integral analyzers for CH4, H2S, Total Sulfur, O2, H2O, and N2

Benefits

  • Removes free liquids from moisture-laden sample streams
  • Requires no external power or natural gas for proper operation
  • Conforms to the API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards chapter 14.1
