Solar Powered Pony® Sample Conditioning System

The Solar Powered Pony® Sample Conditioning System is ideal for sampling wet natural gas or natural gas with or without a membrane tip probe. The Solar Powered Pony Sample Conditioning System obtains a sample extracted from a source such as a pipeline or well-head, conditions the extracted sample, transmits the conditioned sample through vacuum jacketed tubing to an analyzer while maintaining the sample at a temperature and pressure preventing phase transition, condensation or component partitioning. The system is closely coupled to the sample point, reducing the opportunity for richer gases to condense within sample tubing. The Solar Powered Pony Sample Conditioning System also protects the analyzer from damage by solids and liquids while delivering a representative sample to the online analyzers.

The entire system including the Gas Chromatograph is powered by an 1120 watt solar array that charges 24 VDC 1000 Ah battery bank.
