Pony® Sample Conditioning System

The Pony Sample Conditioning System is ideal for sampling wet natural gas or natural gas with or without a membrane tip probe. The Pony Sample Conditioning System contains a self-limiting block heater, Watlow PID temperature controller, system temperature limiter, a single or multi-stage heated regulator, and a membrane separator with liquid membrane separator, all inside a Pony® Heated Probe Enclosure. The system is closely coupled to the sample point, reducing the opportunity for richer gases to condense within sample tubing. The Pony Sample Conditioning System also protects the analyzer from damage by solids and liquids while delivering a representative sample to the online analyzers.

The Pony Sample Conditioning System is ideal for use with a threaded Mustang Certiprobe® Sample Extractor.
